If you order your ring in 18 carat yellow gold, your ring will be made with a yellow shank and white head. If you order your ring in 18 carat white gold, the whole ring will be made in 18 carat white gold, and when you order in Platinum, the whole ring will be made in Platinum and therefore an all white colour which is the natural colour of Platinum.
