Delivery

There are 2 ways you can arrange your delivery - either by post or collection in store:
By post:

Find your products on the website, add them to your Basket and choose to buy for home delivery. Then go through our quick and easy checkout process. You can also order by phone by calling 01773 765858 between 10:00am and 4:30pm Monday - Friday and 10:00am to 3pm Saturday - Sunday Closed.

The delivery address must match the registered debit / credit card address.

Most of the items featured on the website are manufactured to your specific requirements. This means that manufacture times and order completion times can vary depending on availability and the amount of items currently going through the workshop. Generally delivery is no more than 7 days from the date of order, and often much quicker than this. If you need an item more quickly or to hit a particular deadline just contact us and we will always do our very best to help you. We have been known to make Rings in just 24 hours in the past!

Diamond Certificates are normally supplied with single diamonds that are 0.30 carats and over. This independent grading certificate is your guarantee that your diamond has been independently graded for Carat Weight, Colour, Clarity and Cut by one of the main independent diamond grading laboratories. Gemsmiths only supplies diamonds that have been graded by one the top International Laboratories GIA, HRD or IGI. Your piece of Jewellery will arrive beautifully boxed with a Receipt, its Diamond Certificate, and a Full Retail Valuation for Insurance purposes.

Collection in Store:

If you would rather collect an item in store just come in and see us. If you want to contact us for any reason phone us on 01773 765858 or email lawrencetownjewellers@gmail.com The showroom is open Monday- Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Proof of identity may be requested for store collection if the payment transaction was made online.

Returns

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are worn. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries If you change your mind...

Within 14 days

All our items are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt and we’ll give you a refund.

If you don't have your receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase we'll exchange the item or give you a refund.

If you'd like to return something we've delivered, just call us on 01773 765858 and unless otherwise stated on the delivery note we will discuss how best to get it back to us. Your order number will count as your receipt.

If there's a manufacturing fault with the product...

We've made it easy :-

If you return it to us within 14 days with your proof of purchase, we'll give you a replacement or a refund.

If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, we'll have your old one back and give you a brand new replacement free of charge.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Distance Selling Regulations

If you have ordered by telephone, internet, or TV, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item.

To cancel, you can Email Customer services at lawrencetownjewellers@gmail.com , call 01773 765858 or write to us at Customer Services (see contact us for details) within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).

Item(s) may be returned to Gemsmiths by Special Delivery Fully Insured post.

You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner.

The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Financial and Insurance Services.
